1. Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped via DTDC, BlueDart, India Post, or other trusted couriers. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. During festive or sale periods, slight delays may occur.

3. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (India): 3–7 business days

International Orders: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

4. Shipping Charges

Domestic shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

International shipping is charged at actual cost and handled at the client’s own risk.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier directly. We will assist wherever possible, but ERBIUM JEWELS is not liable for issues arising after dispatch.
