  4. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
  5. The product is unused and in its original packaging
  6. The return is requested within 7 days via email or WhatsApp
  7. Proof of purchase and unboxing video (if available) is shared
  8. 2. Non-Returnable Items
  9. We do not accept returns for:
  10. Used, worn, or damaged jewellery
  11. Customized or personalized products
  12. Sale or discounted items

  16. Share your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images/videos
  17. Once approved, ship the item back to our address (shipping cost borne by customer)

  19. Refunds will be processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  20. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  21. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  22. 5. Exchanges
  23. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You can request an exchange for the same or a similar product within the return window.
