- 1. Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The return is requested within 7 days via email or WhatsApp
- Proof of purchase and unboxing video (if available) is shared
- 2. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for:
- Used, worn, or damaged jewellery
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- 3. Return Process

- Once approved, ship the item back to our address (shipping cost borne by customer)
- 4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- 5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. You can request an exchange for the same or a similar product within the return window.
