You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your favourite jewellery piece, adding it to the cart, and completing payment through our secure checkout process.

- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 10–21 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs are charged at actual rates and handled at the client’s own risk.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you can track it directly on our website using the “Track Order” section.
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact the courier directly. You may also reach out to us, and we’ll help wherever possible, but ERBIUM JEWELS is not liable for damages after dispatch.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and the return is requested within the 7-day window.
Yes. We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged jewellery
- Customized or personalized designs
- Sale or discounted items
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
